In the business center of Helsinki, the renovation and refurbishment of an old boutique hotel building hidden in a courtyard. Complete refurbishment was executed as the concept and operator changed and the hotel transformed into youthful and fresh Bob W Kaarti. The hotel, opened in the summer of 2024, features 55 completely renovated hotel rooms and shared spaces designed for guest interactions.
