Renovation and modification of a central property consisting of two protected buildings of different ages into modern and adaptable office spaces. The office spaces on each floor and their technical systems were updated with a customer-oriented approach, improving the flexibility of the spaces by enhancing connections and constructing a new elevator. Lobby areas, stairwells, and facades were restored. Balconies and water covers were replaced, and a new waste shelter was built in the courtyard. The ground-floor retail spaces were developed for new users and also converted into a restaurant space.
