The new care home built in the Sepänrinne residential area is situated on the edge of a low-rise housing district, complementing the area's buildings. The building has been designed to harmonize with the spirit and scale of the surrounding structures in terms of shape and facade materials. The care home has 30 residential rooms. The building's shape and positioning in the terrain have created a sheltered courtyard for the residents. The project developer is Guud Invest Oy, and the main contractor is Temotek Oy.
