The War Invalid Association office buildings in Kaskisaari, Helsinki, were replaced with a market-funded seaside development. The project included the construction of 21 high-quality small residential houses. The old, protected waterfront buildings of the development had basic repairs done, and the courtyard and park areas were redesigned. Auratum Kiinteistöt Oy acted as the project developer, with Peab Oyj as the main contractor.
