In Espoo's Olari, a high-quality, freely financed residential complex consisting of two apartment buildings and an associated parking hall has been successfully implemented. The complex comprises 92 apartments and street-level commercial spaces. The building design has been guided by the detailed town plan regulations of the area. The client and main contractor for the project was Uudenmaan Mestarirakentajat Oy.
