In the new urban district of Jätkäsaari, at the corner of Saukonpaadenpuisto, a seven story, timber-framed, and modular hotel building made of CLT elements is being realized. The facade of the building will be clad, in accordance with the zoning regulations, with bricks. The hotel will feature 95 intriguing, concept-based hotel rooms, designed to also cater to long-stay guests. The project is being planned in collaboration with the Austrian company BWM Retail GmbH.
