House complex on a beach plot in Kuusisaari, Helsinki represents high-quality, clear-lined, and timeless residential architecture of the 2020s. The design solutions are durable and intentionally aim to be more lasting than transient trends. The complex consists of three detached houses with representative and spacious dimensions, sizes, and interior solutions. The yard areas and the beach are designed according to the same seemingly simple principles. The architecture is based on open interlocking floor plans, open views created by large windows, terrace spaces, and minimalist material choices.
