Three 8 story residential buildings being completed in Vuosaari, Helsinki, is an example of construction aimed at revitalizing and improving suburbs. The buildings are placed close to Kallvikintie street, which includes commercial spaces. An underground parking facility will be built in connection with the buildings. The building group is an example of high-quality and affordable rental housing. The apartments are mostly medium-sized and the buildings feature large balconies opening up to open views, sauna facilities and roof terraces. The developer's aim has been a high-quality and cost-conscious implementation and the realization of long-term and stable leasing. Implementation of two independently financed residential apartment buildings and a parking hall in Ristiniemi, Espoo. The project consists of 39 apartments. The developer of the project is JM-Suomi Oy.
Azorienkuja 1 is a new residential apartment building complex designed and realized by Avarc in Jätkäsaari, along with a parking hall serving the entire block. The project was carried out as a privately financed HITAS project and consists of 74 apartments and street-level commercial spaces. The street-facing facades of the building are dark local brick as per the city plan. The architecture aims to create an interesting part of the Jätkäsaari waterfront blocks. The residential layouts are practical and functional with balconies of all sizes. The rhythm of the courtyard facades is enhanced by the composition of projecting balconies and the partial use of the courtyard as apartment terraces. The client and main contractor for the project was Uudenmaan Mestarirakentajat Oy.

The design solutions are durable and intentionally aim to be more lasting than transient trends. The complex consists of three detached houses with representative and spacious dimensions, sizes, and interior solutions. The yard areas and the beach are designed according to the same seemingly simple principles. The architecture is based on open interlocking floor plans, open views created by large windows, terrace spaces, and minimalist material choices.
